1.Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how we ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the mobile application Neon Spin – Wheel & Random ("Neon Spin", the "App"), handle your information. If you have any questions, contact us at bonmobile981@gmail.com.

2.Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or any login. The information handled by the App falls into these groups:

• Content you create. Your wheels, spin history, dice and random-tool history and app settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.
• Advertising data (Google AdMob). To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Advertising ID on Android), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device model and operating system, and information about how you interact with ads.
• Crash and diagnostic data (Firebase Crashlytics). If the App crashes, a crash report is sent containing the stack trace, device model, operating system version, app version and a random installation identifier. It does not contain your wheels or other content you create.
• App configuration (Firebase Remote Config). The App downloads settings, such as how often ads appear, using a random Firebase installation identifier.

3.Advertising, tracking & your choices

• App Tracking Transparency (iOS). The App asks for permission before accessing your advertising identifier. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using that identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland). Where required by law, the App shows a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are served.
• Rewarded ads. Some wheels in the Wheel Store can be unlocked by choosing to watch a short video ad. Watching is always optional.
• Android. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings.

4.Third-party services

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers the App relies on, who process it under their own privacy policies:

5.Children's privacy

Neon Spin is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.

6.Data security & retention

Content you create stays on your device, protected by your device's own security, and is removed when you uninstall the App. Data collected by Google and Firebase is transmitted over encrypted connections and kept according to their retention policies.

7.Your rights

You can limit ad tracking at any time using the options in section 3, and remove all on-device data by uninstalling the App. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access or delete personal data. Because we do not hold data that identifies you, requests about ad or crash data are handled through the Google links above, and you can also contact us for help.

8.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
