In short: Neon Spin does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The app works fully offline, requires no account or sign-up, and contains no ads, analytics, or tracking. Camera and photo access are optional and used only on your device to set player avatars — that data never leaves your phone.

1.Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how we ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the mobile application Neon Spin – Wheel & Random ("Neon Spin", the "App"), handle your information. If you have any questions, contact us at bonmobile981@gmail.com.

2.Information we collect

We designed Neon Spin to work without collecting any personal information. Specifically:

  • No account, no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any login.
  • No analytics or tracking. The App contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers. We do not collect your device ID, IP address, location, or usage data.
  • No data sent to servers. The App plays fully offline. Your wheels, players, questions, and game content are stored only on your device.

3.Camera & photo access

Neon Spin may ask for permission to use your camera or photo library. This is used for one purpose only: to let you set a custom player avatar in the Truth or Dare game.

  • Any photo you choose is processed and stored only on your device.
  • We never upload, transmit, or share these photos with us or any third party.
  • These permissions are optional — you can decline them and still play with the default avatars.

You can change or revoke camera and photo permissions at any time in your device Settings.

4.Sharing your information

Because we do not collect personal data, we have nothing to sell, rent, or share. We do not disclose any information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

5.Children's privacy

Neon Spin does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. The App is a general-audience party game and contains no data collection that would require parental consent.

6.Data security

All app content and any avatar photos you select remain on your device, protected by your device's own security (such as your passcode and operating-system safeguards). Since no data is transmitted to us, there is no server-side storage to be compromised.

7.Your rights

You stay in full control of your data at all times. Because everything is stored locally, you can remove all app data simply by deleting the photos you added or uninstalling the App from your device.

8.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
